Rob is a graduate of Illinois State University's Occupational Safety and Construction Management Programs. Since 1994, Rob has developed Process Safety Management programs for various industries, specializing in ammonia refrigeration. In addition to conducting onsite compliance audits, Rob assists clients with meeting the safety standards of OSHA and EPA. He teaches onsite training classes on ammonia safety and compliance of the government regulations. Rob heads Process Hazard Analysis meetings at facility locations. He assists safety managers with accident investigation, evaluation and reporting requirements.

He is a professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. Rob also serves on the safety and code committees of IIAR.
