Republic refrigeration has two fabrication facilities one is located at our corporate office in Monroe, North Carolina and has 24,000 square feet of production area and the other facility is located in Hammond, LA and has 10,000SF of production area. These facilities are equipped with overhead cranes to help in moving large peaces of equipment, piping and in loading trucks for transportation. The facilities are also used to store large quantities of pipe, fittings, refrigeration valves and miscellaneous materials to insure that they are in a controlled environment and as clean as possible. This helps to insure a cleaner system it also helps us to reduce cost and helps insure a higher standard of quality for our customers.  After fabricating our valve stations the complete station is painted with primer and made ready for shipping.

 

Republic's Shop and Field installation manual serves as a guide for the facets of fabrication of piping and piping components, to achieve sound welds and weldments, and to assure a quality product. It ensures compliance with all governing codes and standards, such as ANSI/ASME Section IX, ANSI/ASME B31.3 Process Piping and B31.5 Refrigeration Piping.
