Jay Kell, P. E., was appointed Vice President in May 2006. Jay has worked in both the consulting and contracting side of industrial refrigeration business. Jay is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jay is recognized as a Professional Engineer in thirty-seven states and is the Vice President of the local RETA Chapter.
