Jay W. Kell, P.E., BSME

Vice President

 

Jay Kell, P. E., was appointed Vice President in May, 2006. Jay has worked in both the consulting and contracting side of industrial refrigeration business. Jay is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jay is recognized as a Professional Engineer in eighteen states and is the Vice President of the local RETA Chapter.
